Private Instruction

NOTE: My weekly private session schedule is currently filled. I can still schedule occasional private sessions for specific questions. Please contact me if you'd like to be informed when there is an opening in my regular private schedule.

The focus of private sessions ranges from refining arm balances to recovering from surgery, from breathing better to going upside-down, from gaining strength to relieving a backache. One-on-one instruction means a focused setting for your practice. Private lessons can increase awareness, develop flexibility and engage the mind/body connection. Discover your personal power and grace!

Private Sessions:

$70 for 60 minutes
$85 for 75 minutes
$100 for 90 minutes
You can also purchase five hours pre-paid for $320.
Two students: $40/hour, per student.

Myofascial release session:
Our fascia is everywhere, covering our arteries, veins, muscles, organs and bones. Healthy fascia is supple. Through trauma, bad postural habits or repetitive movements, our connective tissue gets restricted and tight.

This session involves long holds of many specific postures. Long holds help our connective tissue realign and increase our awareness. The session lasts close to three hours and should be scheduled in the evening so you can rest. Prepare to drink plenty of water afterward.

$150

Gift Certificates:
Purchase the gift of openness and strength. Five hours of private instruction for $320. The certificate is good for one year from date of purchase.

Group Sessions:
A private group session can be customized to suit any group of students. Please e-mail with any questions.
