Post-Holiday Workshop at V3 Yoga & Pilates
Have the holidays left you feeling sluggish? Grab a mat and spend a day with Richard and these exhilarating and cleansing workshops. “Purify Through Movement" is 2 1/2 hours of sun salutations, strength building and active stretching. Richard built this vigorous practice to drive out inertia and build up a ton of heat. “Zero in on Stillness" is designed to establish a detailed inner awareness of the body and mind. It includes breathwork, myofascial release, and a complete Yin practice.
The only prerequisites for the workshop are for students to be free of serious health concerns and to be familiar with yoga. Please refrain from eating a full meal immediately before classes. Down-dog your way out of December lethargy and get a jump start on the New Year.
